The following is applicable to all of the rooms:

The  rates listed above, (and next to the room pictures), are for single day stays during the week and the higher amounts are for weekend nightly  rates.  We do have a two night minimum for weekends during the season, from March 1st through mid December. That does not preclude having a single night available for weekends as the weekend could easily be Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. Some of our guests may be here Thursday and Friday, which would leave a Saturday night available. The best idea is to call and check what is available for the weekend you desire. You never know.

All rooms are subject to Indiana's 6% sales tax and Brown County's 5% innkeepers tax.

Advance deposit of  $50 is required to reserve a room, so please have a credit card (MasterCard, Visa,  Discover or American Express) ready when you call.

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of original reservation date or full charges will still be billed. Refunds, (on cancellations made at least two weeks in advance), are subject to a $15 administrative fee. 

All rooms have cable TV and a video player. (Ask us, we have a few titles for your viewing pleasure.)

Gift certificates are available for your giving needs. They are written for a specific room, a specific dollar amount or a specific number of nights stay, depending on your desire of wording. (Most folks don't like the price tag left on the gift!) Gift certificates are honored for a full one year period. Please do not ask us to extend the expiration date of a gift certificate.
